Good for them riding instead of driving, but whats with them riding on the sidewalk? I thought Oregonians knew the cycling rules of the road.
ReplyDeleteActually it is legal in Oregon for bikes to be on the sidewalk, and in fact it is recommended for children under age 10 not to ride in the bike lane.
